I am on 500 mg of Test E a week. This past weekend i was in a football tournament playing in 95 degree heat.I lost about 7 pounds since friday. I know diet has a lot to do with it and i didn't eat that much at all but is it possible to lose 7 pounds in 2 days. Could this just be water weight i look a litle more cut in my stomache and don't look any smaller. 7 pounbds seems like a lot of water. Is there a fast way to recover the weight lost
its pretty much water weight and u probaly look less bloated now.. i did the same thing last summer for football i was doing test e 500mgs a week & i lost about 13lbs in a week of training for 5 hours a day in 90degree weather but i kept my size & got vascular so it could b a good thing if u wanna b cut & big

go eat lots of carbohydrates and drink lots of water. you'll gain that water weight back within 24 hours
