How to grow taller

I'm 21 and 3months and have stopped growing since I was 16. My doctor assures me that according to data, I wont grow any taller than 5'7". Unfortunatly, this is to 'UNDER THE MARK' for me, as it affects my overall self esteem.

The question isn't about my self-esteeme, it's more as to what should I take to grow maybe no more than 3 "

what about human growth hormone ... Alls I know is that I"m not 25 yet, so my bones havn't fused, but I just don't know how to take it without getting a large jaw and other weired bone growth besides the grow taller sorta thing

If you stopped growing then your growth plates are fused, thats pretty much the definition.

I would take being 5'10" and roll with that no problems mate... trying being the one that's below everyone else... sucks. Even if I had a inch and a half added to my height I would be happy. HGH should work, but at what doses, and for how llong?

bro you should consult your dr. if you really do wanna run HGH. but i feel that you may need to just accept the fact that your not gonna grow anymore.

im only an inch taller then you and it doenst bother me. I think if you were to ask round AR you would find there are alot of guys your height and shorter. If i were you id just accept it and forget about it.

You want to use drugs to get taller? I'd say your ****in nuts. You can use GH but that has to be started when your like 7 years old to have the desired effect. And don't do what FOXysphinx might recommend. You might end up with a horse skull, huge intestines, or disproportionate limbs.

Now, I wouldn't start dabbling in HGH unless you were under a Dr.'s care. If your growth plates have closed, NO GH in the world will make you taller. Self confidence comes from the inside.

Age has nothing to do with when your growth plates fuse. Everyone is different.

Hey I too wish I was taller. I'm only 5'6". You need to accept it. The positive is when you pack some muscell it will show up more. I think if you just pray to grow taller you will get better results than HGH. Its used in dwarfs early age . By the way Tom Cruise is that tall he has no problems... lol
