    coming off dbol kickstart? (how much water loss?)

    i'm currently on week 6 of a test/dbol cycle (500mg/wk and 30mg/ed respectively)

    i dropped the dbol thursday, and on friday i woke up at my heaviest so far this cycle at 207lbs (started at 184lbs, so 23lbs in 5 weeks! not bad), anyway this morning (sunday) i woke up at 203lbs

    so i've dropped 5lbs in a couple of days (all water i assume), is this common considering i'm still on the test?

    BTW i've also been running high doses nolva over the past 3 days as i've got some gyno starting to form, maybe that could also be dropping water off me, just wanted to know if it is common to drop this sort of weight when you come off the dbol?

    You are dropping a lot of water because of the combination of dropping the dbol and starting up the nolvadex . Both of those will cause you to drop water, so it is kind of doubling the effect. No need to tell you now, but you really should have been running some kind of AI with the dbol/test, no wonder you were seeing gyno.

    I would expect you to still lose a couple more pounds of water.

    i would say it is common, but it is subjective, it will be different for each person, just keep working hard and eat eat eat, plus, if you have gained water weight, it should be noticeable, if so, you will probably continue to loose weight

    yeah next cycle i'm definately running nolva throughout, now i know i'm gyno prone

    Use ldex or letro during your cycle w/dbol next time. It'll keep you drier too... letro is stronger and will keep you real dry. Use ldex if you don't mind some water (which is good for joints and building the muscle).

    as long as your diets good, you shouldnt lose alot of weight, to me thats kinda confusing, your gains would slow down, but droppin weight on cycle - depressing. but as long as its water weight, keep eating.
