staying on too long
how long can a person stay on without the body adapting to a compound.
gonna run:
test cyp 600/wk
tren -a 100 eod (no more than 6-8 wks)
winny 100 eod (for the last 4 or so weeks at the end)
Anavar 40 ed
whats the longest i can run these compound? I know the standard 10-12 wk cycle/dosages, but wanted a longer ALL OUT cycle. BUT i dont want to kill myself!!! If I do run a longer cycle Im gonna need some help for the pct(supps & dosages)
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

will the test not help lub my joints? ran winny for six wks @50 eod for 4 and 100 for the last two

i've been on since Feb. with only a 5 weeks bridge (HCG +Clomid).

PCT wise, I would suggest the following:
HCG 250-500iu's EOD: weeks 5-7, 11-13, and 17-19
Clomid 100mg's ED : weeks 20-24
Nolvadex 20-40mg's ED: weeks 20-24
By adding the HCG in during cycle you would prevent any severe testicular atrophying from ocouring, which will definately help you during PCT. Those clomid/nolvadex dosages will definately bring you online. I think it would be safe to say that the boys would be back in town.

week 1-12 Test Cyp. 500 mg/week
week 1-5 D-bol 40 mg/day
week 1-8 Deca 400 mg/week
week 13-17 HCG +Clomid+Clen .
week 18-30 TesT E 750 mg/week
week 18-28 Deca 500 mg/week
week 19-23 D-bol 20 mg/week
week 25-30 Winstrol 50 mg/day
week 31-34 HCG+Clomid+Clen.
Nolvadex daily 10-20 mg (depends on which part of the cycle)
currently @ week 24, gains are pretty good. almost 30 lbs. fat is about 12%

Thanks def. The pct is what worried me the most. One more thing, should i keep the dosages consistant or up'em at a certin point??

hi, ive never done a cycle. but just out of curiousity, what would happen if i did the exact cycle as the guy above me? im 175 5'11 12%bf. not that i would ever do a cycle until im 23, but would be interesting to know how much one would blow up off a cycle like that!

if someone that is 175 did a 24 week cycle for the first time in their life, similar to the one you have drawn up, what would happen? im sure you could die and have all types of illness, but would you gain like insane amounts of muscle mass from that or what?

sounds like some solid stats

i go with a formula depends on my body weight gains + the cycle strength and purpose.
for every pound i gained, i added almost 4 grams of protien
from 300 grams, now at 400+

more fatty acids (salmon, peanut butter, olive oil). Carbs not that much ranged between 250 g to 350 g a day.

did that mainly come from egg and animal protein or did u consume alot shakes as well

first phase :
15 egg white, 3 kinds of meat for 3 meals (steak, fish, chicken), a lot of peanut butter, wheat bread, rice, vegies, 50 g proeitn comes from shakes.
second phase:
24 egg, 3 kinds of meat for 3 meals, peanut butter, wheat bread, rice, vegies, 100 g protein from shakes.
