    what are the effects of....

    accompanying a bulking cycle along with cardio, say 3-4 times a week.

    or how about eating 250 grams of protien but still under 3000 calories.

    what kind of results. would it hamper the bulking process, or just lower bf while gaining mass?>

    u would still gain muscle, but not as much as if u ate more cals, prot, carbs. ect.
