    How do I keep my prostate small???

    I know that Saw Palmetto is good for the prostate...and I've also read that keeping estrogen low also helps keep the prostate small...I'm wondering how some of the vets who are continually cycling on and off...and keeping their prostate's small...I think it's something all of us need to consider...I still want to be able to piss when I'm 50... thanks...

    Mine acts up all the time with on AS. I'm taking some time off from AS due to it. Proscar was my only solution. I've tried everything else.
