Iv heard good thangs about var only so maybe for a novice. However most people will tell you to stack with sompthing test prop maybe?
Strength and vascularity yes. Weight gain, NO.
i never have doubted you guys are very knowlegable,, but how can someone get stronger without gaining weight?
