Any of you experience results from light var cycle?

Im thinking about giving anavar a shot, I would like to start at a low dose to see if it does anything.

Ive only done one cycle before (test e. 500mgweek and eq 400mg,12weeks) that was ended early jan.


Im looking to shed some bodyfat, ive heard var is good at helping you do this. I know its not a thermogenic or anything but Ive heard alot about getting lean on it.

My stats are :

22years old

6'5 280lbs. bodyfat 18% guess (some viens in arms,starting to get some in shoulders) Im big, really big shoulders, huge calves.

Would 4weeks of a low dose of anavar yeild any results? Im not concerned about gaining lbm really. Just dropping bodyfat, looking more vascular, just more cut!

I think it would, but what is your idea of a light cycle? At your bodyweight I would say the absolute minimum amount would be 40mg/ed.

Also, you have a bigger size version of your avatar?

i don't think var is gonna bring you some visible results with such a high BF%.
its not the juice its the diet,willpower and hard work that makes you more vascular/cut up.

I agree that you should practice a better diet, diet is 70%. But I would run atleast 30mg anavar ED for 6 weeks and for week 5-7 run clen with it.

280 lbs? not under 50mg per day. otherwise forget it. and of course rodge is right...
