    hgh and supplement question

    what do i need to take with HGH?

    creatine?
    i am taking all the multivitamin stuff...but what specific supplements?
    the best source? GNC? i live in a remote place, but drive to the city every 2 weeks.... mail order better?

    liquid creatine or what?

    really need some help......
