those values are kinda low.. Do you get light headed when u stand up?
That is still within normal range. What is low for one person, may not be low for another.Quote:

My doc told me 120/70 is 'normal'. Mine was at 150/100 at the end of my dbol/test cycle, and i had no BP related problems at all, 96/66 seems pretty low though. What are ay runnin?
Heis on the low end of normal and that is fine.
no i am not on any street drugs or meds.i just take it when i am at rest.not when i been moving around alot.usually it is 110 over 70
Do you keep your wrist at the same level as your heart ?? Im assuming its a wrist monitor like but I could be wrong!
true. there are people with low BP and can manage it fine. Regardless of that those numbers are a bit low and thats why I asked if he has had any realted problems. If not kool... and he just clarified that his BP responds normally so all good...
