Warm shower before or after?

If you were looking to make the juice disperse and pain lever of the shot to go down , it would makes sense to take the shower after the injection...but I am skeptical of this, maybe a hottub would be better..

dude, just put some cream on the ol leg or whereever and rub the livin piss outta it, thats the best to disperse.

then wack it with the cream a little and disperse some load on you woman... thats what I do.

in my "beginner" days, i tried all that shit to help ease the pain, sorry bro, IMO, none of it really works any better than rubbing the hell outta of it for a few minutes, like Dally said...i take a hot rag sometimes and lay down a good rub before hand, but that shower shit is kinda 'tarted...IMO...peace
