sustonan 250 or deca?

i dont have alot of experience with roids. i did dbol and some prohormones about a year ago and gained alot but was followed by a rough time in my life wher ei didnt get to eat or lift alot so i lost about 20 lbs. Its a year later and my weight is backup to 205. I want to get up to about 225 and bust through the platueas i have been at forever now. My quesioton is what would be better a cycle of deca for 12 weeks or sustanon for 10? I wanna keep alot after and am going to use clomid. Il cycle again after a 3 month break

i'd do both at the same time
500 mg/week Sustanon
400 mg/week Deca

Sus..Dont do deca alone and shoot the sus eod.

i would do sus and deca but i dont want to make a big order bc i wanna see if it is legit first. I never injected b4 and was a bit hesitant. I will do deca and dbol together eventually but i hear good gains with just sust 250 alone but how well do you keep the gains is my question? also i have a friend who did deca and blew up from a twig

first off,

1. dbol only isa waste-do more research
2. deca only is awesomeif u want deca dick
3. u need test
4. ur friend blew up from deca, from the water retention

Can u try to get a single ester test like e, or c. i ean if u have to do sus but do it eod if u want to gain correctly an\d min. sides, good luck

im 21 years old and have been lifting religiously fo 4 years. I am 5'11 205lbs. I bench 315 and my arms are 17 inches. I have been pretty much stuck the same size and same plateaus for a year! ya thats what he looks like he blew up from but he can bench almot as much as me and has been lifting for barely any time at all. Im lookin to stack somehting that can help me put up some seirous weight again cuz eevryone is catching up now lol
i did dbol and liked it so im probably gonna start with that to give me the jumpstart unless people think anadrol might be betetr to jumpstyart? then im gonna finish with deca eevry week
