this cycle was given to me by an expert. never used and am into my second week and have not noticed anything at all. Am I being impatient or am I doing it wrong. the cycle is as follows:
-250 sus/200deca spread 6 days apart 4 times
-250 sus/200deca spread 5 days apart 4 times
-250 sus/200deca spread 4 days apart 2 times
-250 sus/200deca spread 3 days apart 2 times

How long will you be running this cycle? I dont really under stand the spread part of it. At how many mg's per week are you running each component?
It should look like for ex.
Test E 500mg/wk wks 1-13
EQ 400mg/wk wks 1-12

if ur running sust and deca. i would run it like this
week 1-12 sust. 500mg/wk either eod. or 2 a week
week 1-11 deca 400mg/wk 2 shots of 400mg
u got pct?

Bro whoever told you that you DIDN'T need PCT doesn't know what they are talking about. You do need it. Thats almost the first thing I plan out when doing a cycle.
PCT will HELP you keep gains as much as possible, it won't compromise them.

And if you're using deca, I suggest vit B6 200mg/ED including PCT. Nolva won't do anything for prolactin that deca may produce.

i would get pct. and if ur pretty sure the deca is fake then dont take it. these are low doses but they are high enough to shut ur natty test production down, pct will only help u keep ur gains cause it makes ur nuts start workin along with the rest of the system.

Bro you have the option of stopping now, and just do PCT OR continue without the Deca and just the Test cycle as lucabratzi put it. You should be eating 1.5 g of protein min. per body weight, and 5000 cal per day, thats just a little of your diet. you gotta go to the diet forum to get further info.Quote:
