    Why?

Nolva is said to be good for colestoral. Why? Is it only good for colestoral becasue it doesnt get rid of estrogen only blocks it from binding to certain receptors thus keeping colestoral in check due to the estrogen in the body or the nolva itself actually keeps colestorall in check. If letro destroys almost all estrogen in the body and casues bad lipid profile will running nolva help the lipid profile?

I will try to explain the best i can.
Nolvadex acts as an estrogen in the liver thus helping with cholestrol. Nolvadex is actually a weak estrogen but it appears to be quite potent in the liver. This offers the benefits of helping with cholestrol while avoiding the negative effects of estrogen elsewhere in the body.

So yes nolva should be always used for cholestrol levels even if you are using another anti e like letrozole .
