complete newbie
I know that I don't really know anything about cycling so that is why I am here... to pick the brains of people that know what they are talking about. I am 22yo 5'10",170lbs. I just got done cutting some unwanted fat, just through clean diet, cardio and lifting. I was previously 185lbs. I am now looking to put on and a friend of mine told me to take aratest 250 and I should put on about 15 in muscle and keep about 7-8lbs of it. What I am curious about is that I decided to look up aratest online and it basically said that 250 is weak as sh*t and 2500 is the way to go. Also my friend said it is $100 for a 10 week cycle which online it said that 2500 should be $75-100 so am I gonna get ripped off completely here? any and all thoughts and feedback would be more then appreciated. Thank you guys.

1st cycle imo should consist of 500mg test e weekly 10-12 weeks correct pct to follow mate!

bro, before you jump into anything and buy things you dont know what they are or do, spend some quality time on here doing some research. Use the search button, youve got lots of good info at your finger tips. Here are a few things to search for: first cycles, test only, PCT, anti e's. Dont rush into anything as you have plenty of time to grow. Its really important to take the time to research these powerful chemicals and how to use them correctly and understand how they effect your body before you take them, otherwise youre just asking for trouble.

bro, just like everything else in life, never take the word of just one person on a topic you are not familiar with...you are on one of the best forum's when it comes to gaining knowledge about AAS...do as much reading as you can and get the experiences of many on this site...
almost everyone will tell u to do a test only cycle for your first cycle. use the search function provided and type in "first cycle"...and you will know all you need to know...good luck.

well im gonna take your advice, start searching and reading everything on here... and if any of you guys that are knowledgeable could throw out a detailed thing about a good first cycle: gains/side effects/price range/side supplements to decrease side effects that would be awesome.

each week the 2500 is 200mg enthanate/50mg propanate
the 250 is 25mg of propanate per week so yeah 250mg's for the total cycle and 2500 total

I just read about E and it said that it is common for some people to inject 500mg, or 1000 or even 2000 per day.... that seems like a crazy lot

ok... thank you guys.... i am going to see if the kid has E.... from what i have found in my research so far is that E is def. the way to go as a newbie and that aratest 2500 is 200mg of E + 50mg of prop per week. so would that one be ok?

ok, now it is starting to make sense to me. I didn't know that about the prop. So it is looking like i should try to find straight E and then get the proper pct. Next question. what is the proper pct and can i stay on creatine while on E?

At 170 lbs., I seriously doubt you are anywhere near your natural limitations.
I'd focus on a solid base for a good many years, one that you can KEEP, and then introduce ancillaries if/when they are "needed".
