Hi,

22/M 210Lbs 8%BF 6' 3 Years training.

My first injection cycle has arrived. It consists of -

(All ASS manufactured by Genisis Meds)

Dianabol - 35mg P/D Weeks 1-4
Sustanon - 250mg Monday and 250mg Thursday Weeks 1-12
Nolvadex - 10mg P/D Weeks 1-PCT End
Clomid PCT 18 days after last shot of Sustanon
Vit B-6 - 200mg ED
Creatine - 3G ED

I just want to make sure of a few things aswell as get any advice from yourselves.

(1) I can inject in the upper outer glute twice a week (250mg a time) in the same area for 12 weeks with no problems.

(2) That 10mg nolvadex P/D would probably be enough. (I tried Dianabol 30mg P/D for 4 weeks and have had no gyno symptoms. Perhaps I won't need to use nolvadex anyway?

(3) I have 200 20mcg Clenbuterol, would it hurt using this at the start for 3 weeks? Or would you leave it to the PCT.

If you can give me any advice Id appreciate it, I hope it goes all swell. :icon_roll

It's better to rotate the shots. keep the receptor sites fresh. The numbers look good for a first cycle though. quantity and duration

Ive searched long and hard for decent photos on injecting sites. I dont suppose you know of an especially good site using clear illustrations that I could go to?

Yea I would def switch up the spots. I have never done glutes, I just do quads and delts. It seems hard to inject the glute by yourself thats why I have never done it.

I'm doing test e twice a week in the glutes. I hit the right one on mon then the left one on tues. works fine for me

Ok, so ill definatley be circulating the shots, hows the cycle look like? Would you think id be getting much gyno type effects from this, i was hoping not with these doses. Thanks

YES, Im on 500mg test and 30mg dbol and in 1 week my nips got a little puffy, Im on 20mg a day nolva.

You need nolva, l-dex or letro

Were you getting puffy nips whils using 20mg P/D or prior to starting the nolva?

How about I drop the sustanon down to 350mg P/W?

should i split the nolva dose into 2 doses? 10mg morning - 10mg afternoon?
