My doctor thinks i may have low testosterone levels and was going to do a "free testosterone" and testosterone level on me soon. As silly as it may sound, I was wondering if anyone knew how to make sure I have LOW testosterone so I can get on replacement. Will ejaculation consistently a few days before lower my test levels? Or should I do it before the lab test? I know this may sound like i'm cheating, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

Found out some info, i heard if you're drunk while taking the blood work it will lower your test levels? Also, licorice and soy products. Anyone confirm?

Here is what I would do :)
Starting 5 days before the test.
1:First of all Drink Alcohol! doesīnt have to be extremly much, just make sure you are not completly sober at any time (important).
2:Do a Low protein/fat (but high in calorie) diet and eat alot of High-glycemic carbs (candy is great), especialy in the evnings (will make your insulin levels high and suppres testosteron production) (could even set the alarm and have a load of carbs about 3am)
3: Get less sleep than usual (stay up late)
4:Licorice and soy will make your estrogen levels high (and therby suppress you HPTA and lower your test production).
This is actually Quite effective I promise.

if you are trying to get on replacement to gain mass, why not instead of going through all this, just get on a test cycle??? save you lots of $ and hassle
True, but i can always guarantee my stuff will be legit if i get a prescription. Plus i have great insurance!

lowers your sperm count too very low..but still possible.
It lowers ur sperm count, and one example of this is the use of deca as a form of male birth control in australia. As far as reaching normal levels again thats just a matter of off time. I have asked several verterans at the gym and all have had no problem having children and they did not have close to the products we have to choose from like today. Mostly just test and tabs like drol was what i heard most of them admit to. Bro also the amount of test u release when u have sex is so minimal, despite ur good insurance and ur doctors willingness to help, im sure he is going to give u such small amounts of anything he might reccomend. U need to keep doing some hunting and find an outside source and just make sure to do ur homework as to what to look for.
