Lookie here Brothas,
I started WV ttokkyo 100mg 4 days ago, 50mg ed...... THIS WAS FOUR(4) days ago...sittin here 5'10 225 13 % bf........Hehehheeeee........4 days later.......sittin pretty at 11% 223......and hopefully growin and shrinkn at same time,,,,, WV only cycle........dont worry podnah's gottsum cloroids waitin for me at the end..joints startin to pain a little....thinkin DECA ....gonna see how it pans out..

how was the BF test done, wait till off cycle to check BF, because the increased blood pressure from being on AS will throw off an electrical impedence test and a caliper test

i'm pt it's a lang caliper , the most accurate....yeah BP can throw it off...but i dont think bp had much do do w. it 125/82...b4 123/84.....

Awesome dude... 2% bf in 4 days? Did you stop eating? How did you do this...what was your diet like, training like, resting like...I want details because I'm sure we'd all like to lose 2% bf in four days. Unless you're running DNP ??
Just think...by next weekend you will be contest ready at 6%.

yeah by next weekend i will be 6%.....ppppahhhh.... right...some is water weight, i dont know the physiology of wv..... i do know my skin is getting tighter no change in diet...pretty shitty if you ask me.....mcdee, bbking every third fourth day, any other time im eating subway or chicken+sweet potato mix, or pro-v 60 protein(60g scoop), myoplex...dont get me wrong..... im just like anyone else that works 12 hrs day.....i cant eat every 3 hrs, i do get to eat descent, since im in a gym all day everyday, but by God if i get a craving i WILL go to BGKNG or MCDEES.....so dont think im on A chicken, fish,tuna diet by any means....nothin special.. i just think wv works better than you give credit.....FCKER

trying to get 8 hrs a night, cut back on lifting 3 days a week
Monday- chest,shld,tri----45-60min---40min cardio
tues---40 min cardio
wed---quads,hams,calves1hr:15min----40 min cardio
thurs----40 min cardio
friday----back bicep----45-60min----40 min cardio
20min cardio morning ----20min cardio PM everyday
got fucked up fri nite, drank unknown amt. of beer....hopefully i can cut back on that.....

side effecats----acne----its unnotible---if i run my hand behind my delt up to the back of my neck i can feel small pimples....cant see em only feel them......also,,,,right knee has a little pain along with elbow...never had probs with either of em
