dog tablets for acne

my bud downloaded an ebook from the net and he mentioned something about a tablet that they give to dogs but apparently guys on the juice use them for bad acne from the gear is this bull or what or has anyone got any suggestions on how to beat the acne

might help if you had a name of the tablet not dog tablet.. only dog tablet mine get are heartworm.
