L-Thyroxine

Hey yall i have gotten ahold of some L-thyroxine.
The Ar profiles tell us to take 200-400mcg at the most. So I have 100mcg tablets. Do i take all at once onthe morning or spread it out through the day. I checked al over for this but could not find anything. the hlf life is supposed to be 6 days or something. Do i take it before breakfast? after?
I am clueless. I just got ahold of a bunch for reaaalllly cheap. So any help fron yall would be appreciated

L-thyroxine is a really bad choice for upping your thyroid....why didn't you just buy T3?

A friend o f mine is treated for hypothyroidism and he's been precribed with L-Thyroxine (T4) he takes them all in a single morning dose.By the way yea T4 is soooo cheap in Greece man too!

I find if I take them first thing in the morning 200mcg before breakfast I can eat allot more calories that day.

not to steal thread but doesn't T4 suppress your thyroid system severely? what are the sides? t3 is unobtanable here in thailand too but t4 is everywhere

Im in the same position myself russian dog. T4 get converted into T3 in the body so I would expect the sides would be the same.
