Surgery:tennis Elbow
My old man has had tendons removed from his forearm and muscles stapled directly to the bone (corrective surgery for tennis elbow) . He was asking me if any of that "stuff" I take could help him be able to work out again or just help his condition. He's 50 , but in top shape. He has had some minor heart problems ,but he's never drank or smoked and always worked out. So is there is there anything ? Mild or heavy, just curious. Ofcourse I'd do further research , but give me somewhere to start. Thanks guys !

Vitamins, a good diet, lots of activity.
I mean the man already had some heartproblems, i don't think putting any chemicals that can cause complications in his body is a smart thing to do bro.

if he hasn't done 100% rehab then i would say defiantly no.. he could probably re-injure him self quite easily..
but if he has, he can use aas to strengthen the muscles around his joints. these would be special exercises given to him his phys. thrpst.Last edited by Tazwell; 07-04-2005 at 10:08 PM.
