Gyno With no lump at all???

Is it possible to have gyno without having any kind of lump under the nipple. Is it possible to miss the lump?? I squeeze and felt around and i have no lump but i have the symptoms. Sore nipples always and they look a bit fatty til they are hard. no lump though?? what do you guys think?? thanks.

just a guess here: wont the nipps become puffy and sore before a lump grows?
I would think that you might have the beginning signs of gyno. up the nolva for a while
    and see if that helps

humm , i had gyno once ( not from AAS though ) but both nips where puffy and had hard lumps but try flexing your peck and feel for any thing like a marble under the nip, soemtimes its hard and u might think its fat but it should feel like a hard mass that is separate from the fat, it could just be fat but id still up the nova
