Please critique:

Dbol 50mg ED 1-5 wks
Test E 500mg 1-14 wks
EQ 400mg 1-13wks

OR

Dbol 50mg ED 1-5 wks
Test E 750mg 1-13
EQ 600mg 1-12

Do you think I'd be better off running this cycle: (shorten the weeks, increase the mg's?)

Nolvadex through out cycle
Clomid PCT

I'm still not sure if I want to run nolvadex or armidex during cycle. I'm not gyno prone so which would you run?

This will be third cycle, actually 2nd true cycle (I don't count the first, was Test depot only and was done all wrong)

I like the first cycle.
I have no experience with armidex, so I will say use nolva
10mg/day during cycle.

I would jump start the Test to roughly double your weekly dosage... A gram the first week would be good... then your normal dose. As for the DBol ... start off with 30mg, and ramp up after a few days. Check out the sides first. The EQ I would say run it 600mg... whether it's more or less than your test, if your minimum Test consideration is 500mg or more you'll be fine.

yes that is correct. i am on that cycle now wk6. so far i gained 9lbs lean not bloat. i would drop the dbol it makes you bloat to much. if you don't care about the bloat then run deca instead of bold. im also takeing .25 ldex,10mg nolva ed the whole cycle. so far i love bold. just starting to see the vascularity

But i'd run the Dbol for 4 weeks at 30-40mg

Don't frontload the Test, there is no need as you have the Dbol for jumpstarting
Don't "ramp up" the Dbol either, it will give you unstable blood levels

You are right to run the Test 1 week longer than the Eq
PCT starts 14 days after last Test Enth shot and 21 days after last Eq shot

I'd personally go for Liquidex over Nolvadex
Nolvadex won't stop your steroids aromatising
They will still turn into estrogen, which will mean less Test in your system for building muscle
Nolvadex only blocks estrogen receptors meaning the aromatised estrogen will float round in your body

Liquidex will stop the aromatisation taking place, meaning your Test will remain as Test meaning more muscle building
Liquidex will also stop you from bloating
This is due to no water retention as a result of no estrogen

Thanks Ant, very descriptive and informative. Just what I was looking for. Since I've got Nolvadex and I've read it's good for PCT, how would I use it for PCT. I don't mean to sound like I haven't done my reasearch but I've read so many different things here on Nolvadex and PCT. I have Nolvadex and Clomid for PCT.

Agree with first cycle. Probably should lower the dosage on the d-bol to 25-35mg per day.
