BAck pain not subsiding need advice NOW!

okay feelas, perhaps some of you remember answering my thread about my lower back pain, well i gave it a week off of the weight room, resting, eating, and mostly laying, i am pissed because i have lost just under ten pounds of body mass and i am slowly still decreasing in size, i am on a tren and prop cycle which i have continued with the injury. I know that i can go into the weight room and get the work done but it will aggravate my back?? what do i do, should i start training again even with the back still a little out of sorts or should i wait until it is completely gone?? i have another orthopedic appointment on friday should i see what the doctor says ?? my plan was to rest and return to the gym on thurs no matter what but this is seriously effecting my mental health not being able to train and losing size,.. PLEASE HELP !!

i have had several small injuries and for each i needed to take 10 days to 2 weeks off for the pain to go away completely. i didn't lose because i continued a good diet

don't work through pain, if it lasts for any longer than 2 weeks i would see a doc

10 pounds in 10 days? Am I reading this right? And you are still juicing.... Whow.
Sounds not OK to me. (But then I'm a novice in that area)

Go do the doctor, give it those extra days.

If you force your body now, you WILL regret it later.

Stopping with training like that, sure will give you a bad mood..... Try to do some cardio to stay in shape. (if it does not hurt too much)

How are the muscles in the lower back? Full tension or “relaxed”? (my best guess is full of tension)

Did you try sauna? Relax, hot packs e.g.? And did that give less pain?
If it did, you are most likely looking at a sour muscle. Small rupture maybe.
Depending on the trauma, it can take 10 days to “a life time” to heal.

If rest, sauna e.g. doesn’t help, you better start PCT, as your body needs longer time to recover.

    It s@cks. Big time.
Remember you only have one body, and you don't want to force things into a hernia e.g.

If possible, let the doctor take some pictures, to see what’s going on. Be clear to him that you are a professional athlete, and need to recover a.s.a.p., or know what he is up against, so you can take it from there.

    Good luck bro.

yes my friend thats wha ti thought as well. so i hit the ER and told the doc yea i shoot mad tren and testosterone and i think my kidneys are whacked. We flushed those bad boys, took urine and blood samples, and even did a kidney ultra sound..... no abnormal function. So that bastard just said i dunno and sent me home. i have since seen a specialisst and we are still trying to figure out what the hell is going on

could be your illiopsoas or quadratus lumborum muscles are spasming those can feel like kidney pain since they're around that area. Could also be a disc protrusion.
I do this for a living so it's good advice.

See a professional, such as a therapist or chiropractor.

thanks you fellas i have had the kidneys tested thouroughly they are okay, maybe the liver from all the tren . i am apt to thik it is the muscle spasm because thats what the orthopedist thought too on the first appointment, dragon what can i do to help spaming muscles, and can i lift if i can bear the soreness....... i cant really injure it more if im careful can i?

How exactly did you get this back injury bro?( I never read you other thread)

The weightloss is concerning, although i'm not gonna throw any guesses out there before i know how you got the injury..
