I'm on week 5 of sus 400mg/wk and deca 300mg/wk. I'm seeing great gains, but I'm bloating more than a pregnant woman after drinking a 2 liter of soda. I've really been keeping my sodium/salt intake minimal. Its not really doing the job, there has to be something I can buy legal or not to help out with this. Doesn't help trying to pick up girls.

nolva for the bloating and to prevent gyno
and take vitamin b6 as well just in case the gyno you get is from the deca , you wouldn't be able to tell the different...someone else could help you with the b6 dosage, and nolva i would say run at either 10 or 20 mgs. whatever you see is fit...

BTW it's $50 per tub not $45 as i said earlier
