Clen... T3 and Benadryl

I am currently on my 3week of 6 clen a day and 100mcg T3/day Someone said to take Benadryl..... What is it excactly, why do I take it...... and dosage....... I am cycling Test E and Deca too.....

Benadryl up regulates beta receptors; they are down-regulated when on clen . The effectivness of clen is lost as the beta receptors are down-regulated due to the constant stimulation from clen, that is, the number of beta receptors decrease and therefore there are fewer beta receptors for clen to act on.

This makes clen less effective. So you take benadryl to up regulate beta receptors to prevent clen form down regulating them and allows you to stay on clen longer.

I did a search on clen and benadryl and found that after 2 weeks on a clen cycle to continue longer you should take between 50-100mg benadryl ED from the begining of week 3.

Type in clen and benadryl and do a search I found tones on clen and benadryl.

Oh and by the way, look into getting some potassium and taurine suplements too (if you haven't already)

i dont know but you say benadryl, it looks like the same spelling as the cough medicine stuff, is it the same thing?

No. Benadryl is an allergy medication that is avaliable OTC.

Yup. Thats the Bdryl they're talking about. Although, how does 50-100mg compare to standard allergy dosing?

its fine...each benadryl tabet is 20mg....usual dosage is 1 tablet by mouth every 4-6 hours...so ur good to go.
