    Cardio during PCT

    Hey guys

    I will be finishing a 13 week sust cycle soon and I wanted to know if I can go straight into a cardio routine and leave the weights off for a bit. Will I lose a lot of muscle if I do this. I need to do something as there is a little too much fat around my mid section. I was intending to start 3 weeks after last injection just as I start my clomid/nolva pct.

    The last thing u wanna do is stop lifting....
    Keeps your cals up post cycle and keep hitting the weights just like u did when u were on and you should keep most of your gains. But if you do what u posted you'll most likely lose all your gains and then some.

    ok thanks but if I keep the cals up wont I stay a fat bast. Whats the best way to lose the podge and love handles?

    Start doing some cardio 3x a week. Keep your cals up just make sure they are the RIGHT kind of cals. Eat clean.

    i run clen during and after pct to help cut up..and yes keep lifting hard, throw in some good cardio (45 min 5 x week upon rising), keep your calories high...you dont want to lose a lot of weight really fast..you want to try and preserve as much hard earned muscle as possible
