    B12 For Appetite???

    Any recommendations I've heard that it will help with appetite. I'm in my 5th week and have leveled out and dont like it I'm not eating enough to grow enough.

    ive heard it helps a bit with appitite, also will help ease the pain of ur injections... couldnt tell ya first hand though so ill bump for ya

    there are vitamine b12 pills i buy them from the pharmacy like other vitamines

    id take twice the dosage if you are doing the vitamins. remember injectables are always recieved at higher rates than orals are

    imo b12 injections do help with appetite.
    i dont think u need a vitamin to eat more tho, eat until you wanna puke.. and you'll grow. lol
