i get insane back pumps during my back workouts, and wehn i do squats (even tho my back is relatively straight - maybe its a stabalizer)
i get it even when i just walk around for like 10+ mins.
they get so bad its hard to move around..
any way to subside this even a little..
currently on wk 5 of test e 500mg/week, 300mg deca/week, and dbol administration from wk 1-5 30mg ED.
