Angry about gyno (any suggestion truly appreciated)

i had my gyno surgical operation 1 months and a half ago;my pecs now look nice but i'm not completely satisfied with the result.
the doc says that i've not fully recovered from the op and a bit of swelling still stays.
the problem is that the circular tissue around the nipple looks watery as before the op;if i squeeze it a bit it turns perfectly flat but after a few minutes it returns "watery".
    my questions are:
-do you think that's normal and due to the operation trauma?
-it is possible that even after the op i'll still have this s*it?
-i was thinking that my problem should be linked to some kind of water retention,it is possible?
    i confide in your help

Could be fat deposit, however those questions you should ask your doc that did the surgery, he/she would have a much better answer than anyone here.

I'm sure it is simply some water retention or swellin... keep close with the doc because he should ensure this doesn't occur... Give it some time, you are only one month out of surgery...

    thank for replyng pals
i asked the doc and the told me that it is a normal swelling from the op.
but he made me suspicious when he said that he didn't remove the whole gland but only the excessive part...
