Quick Help Please!!! i'm in pain

I shot 1 CC Test E in my Quad yesterday and i felt a little twitch, so i pulled out about .5 inch and redirected the needle and it was fine. usualy i get a little sore/pain next day. but this time it was so painful about 12 hrs after. it already feels like a hard lump and makes me walk with a limp. i wake up in the middle of the night of pain. any suggestions?!!

Happened to me before. Not sure what it was but I just gave it time and everything was ok. Good thing about a needle is you cant really do to much damage with it.

It could be irritation to stretched muscle fascia from the introduction of gear into the muscle. Twitching is nothing out of the ordinary. Or maybe you went thru a vein and its just blood. Whatever it is, apply heat, massage it alot and the pain should subside as the problem causing the lump breaks up...

Try rotating injection sites so that you wont be injecting into the muscles you will be working in the following days...

Why not try somewhere else? Like glutes or delts, these are painless.

Delts you should have someone else do for you, but those are the least painful aside of the glutes. Thats why doctors give you shots in the arm, not your quads...
