Dbol
Ok I have heard mixed feelings on the best way to take Dianabol . Some people say to take it through out the day and others say take it 2 hrs before the gym? What is the BEST way to get the BEST results or can you take it any way just as long as you take it everyday? Thanks!

id say depending on haw much you are gunna take ed.
if you are only going to take 30 mg everyday then i would take it all at once but if you were to do 50 mg a day divy them up through out the day

Because of the short half life of Dbol it is a good idea to split the dose throughout the day! say every 4 - 6 hrs!
One of the doses should be taken one 1 1/2 before the gym, some guys recommend crushing Dbol into powder and taking it with water as it simulates quicker!!

i'm with you ms F. split it up and let it work all day. i've never heard that water thing. someting else to try.........

Take it in the morning an 1 to 1!/2 hours before the gym,,,,I crush it by putting it between 2 spoons and squeezing them together,,then lick it off the spoon,,drink water,,,and Whamo, pumps galore.

i like to take 12.5mgs in the morning, then 12.5mgs around lunch, then 25mgs about an hour before my workout to give me that extra oomf!

4-6 times throughout the day - and 4plates: I am gonna be sick if I keep seeing that avatar in these posts!

Break it up. Keep blood levels as even as possible.
