    what are some of the foods that have alot of protien. also what kind of protein shakes do you drink, how much protien do you get per serving of them, and were do you get it at. thanks.

    Its 2 kinds of protein you can have in shakes... Whey and Kassein.... Kassein is protein that the body use long time to absorb, and whey is fast...

    Whey during the day and PWO(with dextrose)...Casein protein @ nightime since it digests slower....Nothing wrong with soy protein...it just doesn't agree with my stomach....Try All-Sports Nutrition for your protein and other supplements..
    As far as meats....Salmon, tuna, tilapia, boneless skinless chicken breasts, turkey breast cutlets, some LEAN cuts of beef...Also, some legumes are decent protein sources.....
