    My first cycle

    I have a question about the amount of lifting I should do. I'm on my first cycle. I lift 3 days a week now. Now that I'm on a cycle, should I be lifting more than 3 times a week? Instead of doing one muscle group a week, should I be doing it 2 or 3 times a week on the same muscle group? Should I be doubleing up on my lifting per week?

    i personally wouldnt double up on your muscles twice a week, once per week is fine, as long as when your in the gym balls to walls workout. a truely all out effort.
    BUT 3 days a week isnt enough, what does your current workout look like? id say on the general most people train 5 days a week with 2 days off. I usually train for 2-3 days and then take a day off, with 2 days off per week.

    post up your workout routine, so i can take a gander at it. and give you some tips.

    My scedule looks like this
    Sat: chest, upper back, rear shoulders
    mon: shoulders, traps, external rotators, biceps
    wed:ads, obliques, lower body, hamstrings, inner & outer thighs, calves

    I have a home gym so lifting 5 days a week is not a proplem.

    try this..

    mon chest and tris
    tues biceps/forarms
    wed back and shoulders
    thurs legs

    abs everyday mon-thurs

    worx for me

    when am on gear i go 2 gym 4 days a week and do 4 groups& 10 sets but when am not on gear i go 3 times doing 3 groups & 6 sets

    I like to hit bodyparts 2times a week...
    Like this

    Monday: Chest, tri
    Tuesday: Back, biceps
    Wednesday: Legs, shoulders
    Thursday: free
    Friday: Chest, tri
    saturday: back, biceps
    Sunday: free

    It works for me i think, i have upped my reps to 8 from 6.
