    loss some water???-

    when you start winny in a test winny cycle does it take out some of the water cause i am starting to lose some wieght but looking really cut and strong...

    Well, winny does get you really hard and vascular, provided, bf is low enough.

    What is diet like? If your doing the lo carb dilly, or k eeping diet lo sodium, that could possibly be your answer.
