Winny/Cutting steroids works against water bloat and Creatine?

I have a question. If you were to stack lets say winny and deca wouldn't the winny be working against the deca's ability to store water in the muscles and joints...so you wouldn't get the full benefit of the deca...even though its anabolic ratio is very high.
In the same case if you were using creatine with winny are they fighting against one another (in terms of water weight) since the creatine wants to suck more water into the muscle while the winny dries you out. So if you used creatine for like 3 months in a row and started a winny, (or ephedra or other cutting steroid that dries you out) cycle would they be stripping you off the water you are holding in your muscle?

no, the water you hold from creatine is in the muscle cells, and from my understanding, winny goes to work on the hypodermis...stacking deca with winny is okay, some prefer in order to combat the joint probs with winny...but i would still throw in some test...
