How should I do with the T3 during the end of my DNP-cycle

Hi

I'm three days into my DNP cycle (10days @ 400mg) and taking 50mg T3 ED to it.

But a question that came up now is how should I do with the t3 at the end of the cycle and to the mega-carb day 5 days after last dnp cap?
Taper it down or finish abruptly? In that case, When should I do that?

I would say take it down by 5mcg every day. Be really careful with what you eat because your own natty t3 takes up to 2 weeks to normalize. You dont want to have gone through that heat just to gain it back.

How did you make out after your final day of cycling? WEight loss etc..?
