Im thinking to add 12.5mcg or 25mcg of T3 on carb days only(im carb cycling), thats one time a week only. basicly i dont want to supress my thyroid, and i dont want to get catabolic with T3.
any suggestion on this idea?

I wouldn't run the T3 unless you were planning on running 75-100mcg/ED. 25mcg is a waste of your time.
As far as running it only on carb days, I would run it every day for consistent levels and an easier taper when you are going to be ending it.
Do some more research on the drug, bro.
