Which Benadryl and how much, with clen?

Okay I did my two weeks of clen (three, actually) and now I need to do my week of benadryl. There are several different formulations... which one do I need? And what about dosage?

run 50-100mg every nite every 3 weeks for a week. just get the normal benadryl, try the night time stuff and take b4 bed to help fall asleep.

Plain Benadryl. Actually, get the generic, it's cheaper and just as effective.

Diphenhydramine HCl

Wal-Mart has it in their Equate brand. I'm sure others have the same.

I used 50mg without probs when I was using Clen without Keto.

I agree: simply generic Diphenhydramine HCl . Years ago, when i used Ben occassionally as a sleep aid, i had ( what i believe is referred to as ) a paradoxical reaction on 3 seperate occassions when i took 50 Mg ( 25-50 is a typical dose) -- i got wired! Not only could i not sleep ; but i just HAD to get up and move around. Just FYI.

Hey baron, or anyone... ever get headaches on Clen ? I'm suffering.

I don't get headaches but I get the shakes really bad from clen sometimes... looks like I got cerebral palsy or something. If I do clen with fina, I'm really a friggin mess! The two of them together will have me up sweating all night and mumbling to myself ha ha!

I do get headaches really bad coming OFF an ECA stack, though. Caffeine withdrawal on top of the eph withdrawal makes for some real headsplitters if I don't taper off very slowly.

headsplitters... now THAT I have felt recently... and good description. I get the shakes too. When I need change for a dollar, from the machine, I have to have someone else do it. lol. Or putting stuff away in my wallet. It's kinda funny. AND! I have a tough time sleeping on it. I'm going to see if upping my Bdryl dosage to 75mg works tho.

Why do you run Clen and Tren at the same time?

Well, I probably won't be doing that again. Seemed like a good idea at the time. I was going into the final weeks of my cycle, running cyp, fina, and winny, and I thought I would do a little clen to help tighten things up a bit. Well, not every cool idea is a good one, I guess.

now, important question, after 3 weeks of clen , do you stop clen for the benadryl, or do you take the benadryl while taking clen?

that is the reason to take benadryl..so you dont have to come off.

how did that cycle do for you anyways?

Training was off and I was fighting the gyno very aggressively, but I still tightened up a good bit. Actually still on it... another 15 days to go I think... I will kinow when the winny is gone. Next one will be a fairly heavy test cycle. I will be trying to go 100% legal this time so no fina. I might use winny again at the end or I might not... probably not, save it for the following cycle and just concentrate on bulking this one.

Going completely legal? What does that mean? And why would that be something that decides which products you'll use? Splain it to me Lucy!!!

I have my test, deca , winny, etc prescribed to me. Legal prescriptions means it isn't gear... it is medication. My profession, which I shall not divulge here, places certain requirements and restrictions on how/what/when I can self-medicate, and a bust would mean the end of my career. So going legal has a lot of advantage that tends to equalize somewhat the high prices I have to pay. No U.S. doc can prescribe tren , dbol , eq, or many other meds... so use of them means of course I have given up my legal status.
