Vitamin B12's primary functions are in the formation of red blood cells and the maintenence of a healthy nervous system. B12 is necessary for the rapid synthesis of DNA during cell division. This is especially important in tissues where cells are dividing rapidly, particularly the bone marrow tissues responsible for red blood cell formation.

I use 4grams every day... oral though. I dont believe in injectable vitamins, I mean im sure it helps but come on... Soon we'll be injecting everything at this rate!

Anyways oral B12 4grams a day for me...

And ill be honest with you... Ever since I started using it I've become more motivated in school and outgoing in life... I really think B12 does have brain altering characteristics.
