when is best to add winny

Hi fellas,

My friend is planning on his next cycle that looks something like that:

week 1-4: 30 mg dbol
Week 1-10: 500 mg test enant
week 1-10: 300 mg of deca
week 6-10: 50 mg eod of winstrol

My question is, should the winny be used for the last 4 weeks as structured above or would it be better to add it week 8-12?

Also, he wants to add mass and harden up a bit. would that be a good cycle for him or do you have aother recommendations?

Any suggestions will be great.

Personally I would do the 8-12. I like running it into pct.

I would up the D-bol dose to about 60 mgs

I second that, you need winny ED, I run it at 75mgs/day the last 6 weeks of a cycle and like Roid said I like to run it into pct as well, I have found that it helps me to retain mass more effectivley. I have done it this way the last two times I've had it included in my cycle and it just works better for me that way. But everyone is different but 50mgs/day ED is good for winny.

week 1: 40 mg of nolva
week 2: 40 mg of nolva
Week 3: 20 mg of nolva
week 4: 20 mg of nolva

run test and deca longer, drop the d-bol and the winstrol. if he wants to harden up, change compounds. deca and test are not known for making someone harder...btw: only cardio and fat loss will make u harder, not a steroid...

60mg's of Dbol seems a lot.

If its the first time using Dbol. I suggest 30mg/ED.

PCT can be done with just Nolva due to its effects on one's Testosterone prodction after atrophy.

I would though add Clomid. I did start a thread a few weeks back on Nolva only PCT compared to using both Clomid and Nolva. Users stated that the combination of the two compounds was more effective at aiding recovery.

well this guy wants to add as much mass as possible but quality mass. we all know that diet will be the important thing to achieve this.

What other compunds would you recommend to add with the deca and test then?

PCT is not done just with nolva, it's also done with Clomid. Depending on what youre taking is when you start your PCT.

Add Dbol 30mg/ED for the 1st for weeks to ad more mass.

Take the Nolva 14 days after the discontinuence of the Test and Deca. Make sure you match up PCT times though. Drop the Deca 1 week before the Test. Then begin PCT 14 days later.

It would be more benificial to run the Clomid alongside the Nolva during PCT however. As I stated before, I did ask about user's experiences with running both and running only Nolva. User's stated both was more benifical.
