    Are these acceptable test levels?

Just got some bloodwork done, and am wondering if my results are "good" or "bad" (in terms of ability to promote muscle growth).
    Age: 20
    Height: 6'1
    Weight: 220-225lbs
    Bodyfat: 11%

Never done a cycle. Supplements are: CEE, Glutamine, l-arginine, multi vit, protein powder, dextrose

    Total Testosterone : 688 ng/dL
    Free Testosterone: 21.8 pg/mL

    How are these results?

man, i remember when i was diagnosed hypogonadal...my total was a whopping 76! about 700 is a good number, but at 20yrs old it could be higher. anything you can think of about your lifestyle that may be a factor here?

The occasional bong hit... and drinking. Smoke every other day drink about once or twice a week.

Out of curiosity (and I know it would be pure speculation), how much higher would my test levels be if I cut out the drinkin, smokin, and straight west coastin entirely?

you are good to go... decent test levels. Trib or tongkat ali might help increase it, and certainly giving up the party stuff and getting plenty of sleep will help.
