    sustanon

    I did my first 12week cycyle of sust only gained 7 pounds and lost it all after pct. Why u think this happened.

    How often were your injections? Also sust is not the best choice for newbies because of the frequent injections I went with test e 250mgs e3d and gained 23lbs in 10 weeks

    if you had good gear and where injecting EOD or every third day... then yor diet must have been poor; weren't eating enough. That is th ebesyt I can come up with from the info you provided.

    Like Geeowedee said... post your diet. there is a difference between eating all day and eating right all day. A kitchen in a resteraunt might not be the best eating, ya know what I mean?

    In a day ill eat 2 8oz filets,large bowl of pasta with 4ozchicken with lots of garlic an oil, Salad with 4oz chicken only good greens in salad no iceburg, 6-8 large scallops, fresh fish 6oz. 1 sandwich either from mcdonalds or subway before work, and constanly eat bread,brocli and cal***ower.

    Well, it definitley sounds like your diet is your problem. You need to be getting lots of calories and Protein/carbs/fat should be 35%/35%/30% of total intake.... Hit the diet forum, there is alot to be learned there. Not a flame, but you should have got your diet in check longe before starting a cycle bro...

    Tried all types of protein shakes dont do shit for just make me feel sick.

    I don't know dude... I finf mysle feating every 3 hours... religously. whether I am full or not. And I am usually full from the last meal. But my gains are great... fo rme at least. 24 pounds at week 11...
    Its a discipline, you just have to get yourself to eat... each meal, every 3 hours or so apart, should contain protein (40-70 grams) carbs (20-30) and fat (10-15 ) that is at least what I work off of and it is eworking out great.

    maybe try mrps but sounds like that 7lbs u gained was just water weight aside from proper diet try b12 or incorporated eq in your next cycle + proper diet. diet is really the key not the a.s it will only get you so far. as is only 1 part of the eqasion

    sounds like seriously weak underdosed fake gear to me. It could be a lot of things though... does your diet suck ass, was your traainning hard, consistent, and in check, did you know how to properly dose the gear. did you take enough gear? was your pct a proper one, this all just sounds awful my friend only seven pound gain and lost it??? if all was in check i can honestly say you are the hardest gainer i know

    looks to me the juice must have been fake. Did you "feel" it work? or nothing at all.

    I used to work in a kitchen also, and yeah, you don't have time for a real meal. You just grab a steak, or fish e.g.
    and grab some veggies and potatoes along the way.

    If you add it all up, you might get enough proteine, carbs, fat e.g., but what about your training and REST?
    you could be making the classic mistake, eating, training, working, training, sleeping, training, training, and more training.... and only ending up with a great condition, but no muscle grow.

    You burn it all

    Also, take vit. B to increase your lust to eat. It helps.
