recomended dosage of test prop?

i have done quite a few cycles,and have taken over a gram of test per week. now that i am older, i think over a gram was to much for me. all i am doing is looking for strength gains, what should be the recomended dose of test prop for a 12 wk cycle for an experienced lifter. opinions?

100 ed or 75 ed.

horrible breakouts everywhere, and to not much more strength gains when compared to 700mg of test.

how about 150 to 200mg EOD instead? same results?

yea you could do that...eod with prop is fine imo.

do you front load prop? can you ront load prop or is it a waste?

i agree..frontloading prop would be a waste...its a fast acting ester..so it only take a week or 2 to start getting results.

prop on the other hand is a great jumpstart to other longer esters like test e and c.
