    need suggestions on first cycle

    i am 16 6'7" and weigh 195 pounds. i am looking to start my first cycle. i am brand new with steroids but have been around them for a while now with my friends taking them. they are all taking deca300. i would like to add weight, lots of muscle, and increase my verticle jump. any suggestions please?

    16 no way mate im 21 and still am considering leaving it a few more years yet and deca only do some research mate.

    Your friends are gaining due to their young age, not the steroids . It sounds to me that they aren't even doing the right thing. At 16 you are a walking steroid . Just eat right and train.

    Youth is wasted on the young.
