    Help me out?

    im on a deca test cyp cycle Week 4.5 im noticing my 6 pack fading i had a low bf bc i cut alot of weight for wrestling is this loss temporary of my 6 pack due 2 my cycle water retenion.bloating? Should i put in some street running or wats ur opinon?

    It depends on what your trying to do ? are you bulking on this cycle? I would assume so since you are taking Deca and test . Just watch what you eat , eat clean and do atleast half hour cardio every other day (EOD) and you should be fine , oh yeah do lots of sit ups (crunches)You have to eat good for the deca to work to its full potential. Go for it gain some size on this cycle and then do a cutting cycle for your next. I do 2 bulking cycles in a row then a cutting cycle
