To me heating it just makes it go in quicker.... If it is going to hurt it is going to hurt... Nothing i have ever tried got rid of the pain totally.. A Prod with a high BA hurts me no matter what i do

I heat mine by putting a hot water bottle on the syringe for about 10 minutes. It makes it easier to inject and I would think that it would flow out easier in the muscle better once injected. I have zero pain doing it this way. If you are getting BA pain, I don't think heating it would make a difference.

Heating it won't ease the pain, it'll just make it go in quicker and smoother.

I agree with yung-priest, it seems to help me out... another thing that helps is takeing a shower afterwards, let the hot water hit the spot, and rub it,... helps to lessing the pain

Dilution with sterile oil or painless gear (deca , eq, etc.) will help.

Basicly he has you put the syringe side ways over the cup of steaming water to heat the oil, after about a minute or two, then after the injection (slow) you massage for a couple of minutes.

Sorry I can't remember who or on what fourm I saw this, It was on this board though.

    Itwas reall helpful for me.
