Clen and ketotifen

I know how to take clen and i have done numerous searches on how to use ketotfien while on clen. however their seems to be 2 ways that have been discussed. One way is to take ketotifen at 2-3mgs every day while on clen and the other is to take ketotifen at 2-3 mgs a day every 3rd week of clen. So for weeks 1-2 you are only taking clen, then week 3 its clen + ketotifen, then week 4-5 just clen, week 6 clen + ketotifen.

Now does anyone know the way to take it so that it keeps you from downregulating the beta 2 receptors. Since clen starts to wear off around week 3, its said to take keto every 3rd week to prevent that. Now i would rather use it every 3rd week because i feel like sleeping all day while im on it, but i want to do it the right way.

Anyone out their that can shed some light on this for me?
