How much are you taking and what are you taking it with?
It's not for me but my bro is taking it with Test and Fina. Not sure on his dose schedule for the T3, I think he found a 35day chart to follow that has him starting at 1 pill a day and pyramiding up to 7 a day for a few days then pyramiding back down to 1 a day. Thanx

Im taking 100mg a day (4tabs) and Ive found it best to take it right when I wake up... seems to boost my metabolism better that way although I am getting some sucky headaches later on in the day

I spread it out was taking 100mcg a day so three squirts of ARR in the AM and 2 round dinner time.
I did not taper which seems to be a big myth that won't die and my thyroid is fine 6 weeks after I stopped. I'll have the blood work report in the mail in a few days to post the details but my endo has received the faxed report and he's good with what it says.
I was happy with the results but I think it has had a negative effect on my cardio stamina.
BTW Be prepared to sweat.. I'd wake up drenched.
I know what you are talking about (the chart). The first time I used it was with clen and I used one of those, went up to 5 a day. When I did that, is spread them out. However, now I take one 25mg pill a day so I take it in the a.m.
