    My sis

    My sister wants to slim down and tone up. Are there any suggestions as to what chemical products she should use to get that lean long muscular look?
    Her diet is in check and shes at the gym 5-6 days a week. Any helpful tips would be appreciated!

    Whats wrong with this???? She seems to be on the right track. I would suggest giving that a chance before starting any theromgenics.

    Anavar and clen cycle would do the trick it would be perfect for a feemale

    like this as follows: 12wk cycle

    week 1-2....5mg Var ED
    week 3-9..10mg Var ED
    week 10...5mg Var ED

    week 3-12..20mcg 2xED.. 2 days on and 2 days off.
    every 2 weeks increase by 20mcg of Clen ED untill you reach 120mcg ED 2 on and 2 off.
    (Example-week 3-4 40mcg Ed 2days on 2 days off, week5-6 60mcg ED 2 days on 2 days off). Remeber to split the dosage of Clen twice a day..!!

    why 2 days on 2 off?. with benedryl you can run it without taking time off. I would also recommend taking it all first thing after AM cardio. And I think 120 mcg for a female is a little high, but she will have to see what she can ahndle.

    WHY? i just dont know im not a female I cannot answer that,i didnt construct this cycle ..but if you look cycles like this are posted in the female forums and was givvin to me by a female Member/Mod..!! Your right about the benadryl though.. From what im told best gains are made on a cycle like this for a female. Not to high you have to gradually work your way to that dosage, starting at 40 mcg ED.

    Good cylce.....just remember that some women can't handle the sides at high mcgs of clen... If she can only handle .8 or 1.0 and not 1.2 stay at the dose she can handle

    while the question did ask for chemical assitance...there's no reason to jump right into offering up chemical help for her. we don't know anything about her -- and "her diet is in check" to me means jack (no offense bro) --

    diet and cardio is key. if she just wants the long/lean look then she can do it naturally IMO. if she wants to get big, huge and ripped...then you can start talking anabolics, etc.

    if she insists on using a crutch of some sort, i would recommend a simple ECA or ECY...something like that. Clen could be used as well, but be careful and make sure she knows what she's doing with it.

    You are absolutly correct my friend.... Because of this I recommended this thread Clen or T/3 clen combo which goes into the discussion of other options, concerns, etc so that he can help her make an educated decision...... Plus I technically never recommended a cycle but agreed with another member about a cylce and explained that some women dont respond well to high dosages of clen and to only take what her body can handle......... I was simply making a point in the post you're reffering to.....

    good points made all around this thread...

    #1: lets look at how long she has been dieting and exercising? the changes arnt going to happen over night and once they do , be prepaired for them to slow down or even stop. When this happens she needs to change up a few things in her diet and possibly even cardio to see if she can squeeze a bit more out naturally.

    #2: the clen at 120 mcg's ed is kinda high for a female for the 1st time. 80 would be my max suggestion.

    just because her diet is in check and she workouts doesnt mean she can lose weight... could be genetics. Maybe eating healthy etc just keeps her at the same weight. She'll need extra help to actually drop weight.

    well this is the steroid questions forum and i think a var cycle and low dose of clen could help in a very positive way. he made it seem like shes at her genetic limit of loosing weight naturally or toning up whatever.by stating shes got diet and training in check. i think ECA/Y stack are garbage and a waste of time and money IMO. taking a low dose of var and clen is not gonna make a female huge and ripped. there is no one set dosage for everyone, i set an example cycle out. she would need to adjust the dosage of Clen to her specificly, I nor anyone in this forum can do that for her. some can handle higher dosages then others, some need higher doses to make it affective and others do extremly well with just low dosages.Just depends on the person.

    Hey guys, sorry about the delay in info about my sis, no that picture wasn't for reals. Here are her stats:
    5'8
    160
    21%
    Goals: She'd like to drop 20 pounds


    my sisters food intake for a typical day:

    5 ounces protein shake before 1 hour of morning workout
    5 ounces protein after workout

    Grapes
    1 Prune
    3 c. spinach salad mixture, black beans, tomatoes 2tbs fat free ranch
    1/2 ham and cheese sandwich
    1 1/2 c. fat free vanilla yogurt mixed with 35 g of oatmeal bannas and cream(packet)
    1 1/2 c watermelon
    1 Lean Gourmet (frozen t.v dinner) calories 260, fat 6g
    2 1/2 c.Watermelon
    1c. yogurt & oatmeal packet
    1 carrot
    night:
    1/2 c. chicken
    2 slices of watermelon
    she has a hard time not eating at night
